Standard & Amenities: A typical apartment, which has one living room, two bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom and one balcony, is shared by 3 to 5 persons. Each apartment is fully furnished (amenities include air-conditioning, access to Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances, and washing machines).
Accommodation fee: about 4,000 yuan/year for each person. (the exact amount of a certain year is subject to the official approval)
